Birthday girl

Birthday girl is 13 today.
She slept on the sofa with cousin Non last night and got to open her presents in bed/sofa this morning. Her main present was a kindle.
My brother and his kids left at lunchtime to go back to Wales ( I found out later that they had been delayed because the train driver had had a heart attack).
We had lots to plan for birthday girl's disco and I completely forgot to take daughter #2 to drama.
The disco started at 6pm and we went to the club an hour earlier to set everything up.
Birthday girl really enjoyed her party. We got home just after 9.30 and she opened all her presents.
