Englishtown Beach.

Lovely laid back sunday here at Big Hill! After a few chores were done, Caroline and I decided to set up our paints (her), and pastels (me) over in the studio and have some fun! We are both very much novices when it comes to painting.....but we both have such a desire to do something brilliant!!! the afternoon went by very sweetly.....music playing....many ohs and oh shits coming from each of us at various points! but when we stepped back from our creations, we were both quite pleasantly surprised! we ain't booking the gallery space yet :)

Around 4pm we decided to head down to walk the beach at Englishtown, always a huge hit with visitors!

We were treated to the most spectacular sunset ever....and especially after we had a very dreary day here most of the time! raining and very foggy! It was a dazzling display for sure!

dinner is cooking away and we are all feeling very satisfied with our day!
