Manchester City FC ...

My team Manchester City won the League Cup today deservedly beating Arsenal 3-0 at Wembley Stadium.

I watched he game with Mum, Dad & Dan at Chrisyllian :-)

I gave the gym a miss again today, my back is still not quite right, hopefully I should be ok for tomorrow.
