MonoMonday: On the Table

This is the carving on the brass coffee table which Mr isbi's great uncle brought back from Egypt after WW1.
He had been serving there with the Red Cross.

We recently had it restored.
I'll blip it in all its coloured glory some other time.

PS. Mr isbi says it isn't carving, being on metal, but we don't know what else to call it. Ideas welcome.
