Following the Stamp duty rise and the Brexit referendum, property sales in London have stalled. The agents say the prices have dropped, but the truth is that very few are buying and selling. Meanwhile, the area is awash with ongoing extensions, loft conversions and basements being dug. Who knows - even the estate agents may be going hungry for a bit. But this place is certainly trying hard to get the attention of any passing potential buyers.
