Password hell

I upgraded my phone today and so am now trapped in a hell, which I suppose is of my own making, trying to retrieve and download all the apps and other thingies that were on the previous phone. This has proved to me, yet again, that I need to do something to rationalise my passwords. I suppose I am safe from fraud if even I can't work out which passwords go with what.
