red onion

A fairly reasonable night at work for a pleasant change then after a few hours sleep this morning a tough yoga session at the gym this afternoon. The yoga teacher has just spent a month in India on a yoga workshop and has come back with full of enthusiasm and tough love!  A bitterly cold day with frequent snow flurries!  In the absence of any other offerings, a red onion saved the day!
