I made fluffy Japanese pancakes for breakfast this morning - they turned out delish!

Had a brilliant morning with Marius whilst Pierre was in Montelimar for a job interview (well, for a meeting about a prospective job interview). He came back in high spirits as he’s been put forward for interview tomorrow. I shouldn’t really be telling anyone as we decided we wouldn’t this time just in case it goes awry, but I had to say it somewhere. I really hope it works out for him this time. I love him so much and he deserves a break.
