A walk to Eccup Reservoir

A cold but bright day saw our little group of walkers gather in the main car park for Golden Acre Park for a lovely walk. I have never been to this park before but I will definitely return with Jimmy to have a good explore. On this occasion we simply crossed through the park at the start of our walk and then on our return when some of our party took the opportunity to partake in the cafe goodies. Jimmy and I returned to my car.

By the reservoir there is a large house for sale, what a spot but very remote. We stopped for a snack here and Jimmy had to wait as patiently as he could - difficult for him. See extras.
