The Snow Arrived....

just as I was about to set off to the post office. I had put warm clothes on, fur boots, covered my ears with a hat and donned my thick old coat that is like a duvet. Went out into the cold sunshine then the scenery  changed. The snow came down so thick and fast, my specs were covered in snowflakes and as I hadn't got to the garden gate I turned back, went indoors and took all the outdoor clobber off. An hour later it had stopped snowing, the sun shone again but I didn't want to risk slipping over and stayed home !
