Herdy

Turned up at Brockhole this morning for a NP event I had registered for only to find there was no one else there so I assume it was cancelled but they didn't inform me which was slightly irritating. Instead I drove to New Dungeon Ghyll and did a loop up the green lane and back along the Cumbria Way. Met some curious herdies and this one was quite insistent on having its photo taken. I can cope with inquisitive sheep but thankfully the inquisitive cows were behind a gate. They did, however, manage to put their heads through and give me a good lick!
