Fox in the Snow

I put some bird seed mixed with some cornflakes down by the pond this afternoon.  I thought the moorhens might like a bit of extra food.  But instead of birds the whole lot was devoured by Foxie who came back for seconds too.  I just grabbed my camera but had no time to put it on the tripod or do much more than just shoot as I was afraid he would wander off.

So far we have had very little snow here.  Jack is up in London until Thurs and is now staying over to avoid train cancellations.
