Progress in the new kitchen / diner, the lights are in.

These old fashioned style filament bulbs are part of the look. 

Karen had to double check the instructions to buy ones with 'nipples' but the idea is that the imperfection of a wee bubble at the end makes them look like Edison might have made them.

When in fact they are state of the art LED, low energy, dimmable, last for ten years bulbs.

Tricky to photograph as it turns out, as I have learned, LED lights flicker (unseen to the naked eye).
