Me and Dad in Spring 1958. Dad was the one that picked my name but when I was born he sent the birth announcement to the local paper and he was so excited about the birth he forgot to add his name to it. It read, to Doreen, a daughter, Patricia. We always had a laugh about that and what some people reading it would think, oh poor Doreen bringing up a daughter on her own wonder where the father is? .......

Miss Dad still after all these years.
