It has been cold.

I think some people think I have a heart made of ice.

Thank goodness for the slow cooker and a batch of saffron duchesse potatoes that I made and froze a couple of weeks ago.

Physio and ultrasound treatment again in the morning. ENT appointment in the evening. I must spend about 5% of my earnings on hospital car parking charges!
