Breakfast Guy

This guy makes breakfast for me every Sunday. He squeezes a dough ball flat with a hand made press and pops it on his griddle. After a while, he cracks an egg onto the griddle and drops the 'bread' onto it. When it's all cooked he adds a pice of ham and a sausage, then puts on some lovely sauces and a piece of lettuce. I have two every Sunday. It's one of my favourite breakfasts. I am not sure if he'll be there when the weather is -20, but I hope so.
