Doh!

Taken this morning as the sun tried desperately to burn through - fail!
I won't bother you with Nature's bounty, the wonder of Autumn yadda yadda,

However I will tell you that these apples are reachable across our back wall. They make excellent apple sauce. Here's the clever bit.

Purchase prawns and scallops from that there Sainsbugs or M&S. Prepare a salad or crushed potatoes and pak choi. Sear the scallops and prawns in a wok, very quickly at high heat in a small amount of light oil.

The seafood is eaten with the apple sauce. Add three teaspoons of apple sauce to one teaspoon of fresh or minced ginger from a jar.

Enjoy. (Crushed potatoes are not Jersey Royals that have been left for Maris Piper)
