The melting snow in -12 C!

Rather strange, the snow has been melting even though it has been really cold today. The reason for this phenomen is probably that the sun succeeded to make a good job (!), in combination that the strong wind did not reach this place.
-12 C = 10.4 F (If I found a correct online calculator.)
