Forward planning

We have a focus group in the north west tomorrow.  With heavy snow predicted overnight we decided to travel up today and stay over.  Just had an email from the client to say that they will be staying at home tomorrow and joining us by video-link, kind of throws our flip chart work out the window!  The Glenshane Pass was picturesque as we drove over it.
