Caer Caradoc Hill
What do they say about Winter going out with a bang? The tabloid named Beast from the East is delivering a mighty exit in the UK right now. Next week will be Spring, the sun will be shining, and we'll all be comparing 'this time last week...' I certainly hope so.
This is the view of snowy scene simply snapped from a lay by on the A49 near All Stretton, the hill apparently named Caer Caradoc (according to Google Maps). Much of the landscape on my journey to North Wales today looked wonderful, though not quite so inviting on the return, when visibility was down to a couple of cars.
Spring will be most welcome.
