The spring indoors

We have only had a little bit of snow today but it’s so cold. I’ve stayed in the warm.

When HtP had lunch with his mum last week she sent me these miniature daffodils from her garden. They are on the window ledge in the kitchen in a vase that used to belong to my mum.

When HtP finished work today he worked briefly in my garden clearing some of the debris generated when we tidied the driveway.

HtP and I were meant to be driving to Cornwall tomorrow to stay with my sister and family but I am not well enough to go. The weather is also meant to be bad.

My hot water bottles are curled up on the sofa with me.
