Footprints in the snow

As you can see we aren't exactly inundated with snow here in the Midlands.

However it is bitterly cold and I am really worried about the garden birds.

I am doing my best to support them with plenty of food and fresh water.   The water freezes in about an hour so it's a constant process.

I rather liked this purposeful track that I think was made by a blackbird heading for a bowl of mealworms
