An apple a day...

So this is the last batch of apples from our small tree. We only managed to get a dozen or so last year so were delighted with the crop of several hundred this year - our freezer is full of delicious apple sauces and purees and I've been on an apple-only diet for 2 weeks. I feel like a horse!

Looking forward to the look of disappointment on the kids' faces this Halowe'en when I tell them that we're going "Old School" and only dishing out apples!
