Just popping out to post a birthday card

...and collect a prescription, and then I carried on walking to the charity shop and sorted clothes for a couple of hours.  I was wearing as many clothes as if I was going up a mountain but I got very hot so it obviously wasn't as cold as they'd forecast locally.
