Wind? what wind?

What wind? - the one blowing his ears upright!
Merlin usually has flapped over ears - they never stand up normally. Just the two of us ventured out as Merlin really needs to let off steam - the others are content to stay in the warm and just 'go'  in the garden. It was not snowing but the wind was strongly from the east and bitterly cold.
