Frustration

Engineer fixed heating this am. so temperatures rising in house (up to 17° now). Light layer of snow today but it quickly disappeared and it's warmer so ground becoming muddy again.

Another engineer spent hours fixing up fibre optic this afternoon. Only to find Orange had designated wrong exchange so equipment remains in the boxes.

I've given up and retreated to watch TV with wine, cheese and olives.
