A good day for learning

We have only had 3mm rain but it has dripped most of the day. Too wet to be out in first thing so I brought a few japanese anemones inside.
I wasn't going to worry too much about composition, etc I just wanted to use all the bells and whistles on the new SX60. Lizellen said we needed to practise and familiarise and get a sore head. She came round this afternoon and we went through all the variations on the Menu and the Function button and got hysterical when we forgot straight away what we'd done.
I'm sure when we've slept on it it will all fall into place. NOT!!
Anyway here are some flowers, not perfect by any means- a little bit damp but radiant.The extra a bit noisy.Improvements by next week-maybe.
