1224. Birthday gift!

I got this beautiful turquoise necklace as a birthday gift from my lovely neighbour yesterday....she knows what I like! It’s made in the US and the charms are based on First Nation themes....it’s gorgeous!

We are hoping to get out today after being snowed in yesterday as hubby had promised a lovely birthday lunch today for me...there are no buses at the moment and our car is buried but we’re planning to walk into town as although the snow is deep here we can get in on foot...

Had a very interesting exchange of views on the Facebook AYWMC group about editing after someone complained that it wasn’t fair to the beginners in the group that some people edited their photos before posting them....apparently doing anything to your photo is “cheating” .....as someone who can’t shoot a single straight line I absolutely have to crop and straighten....shame that it’s cheating!
