Decisions, decisions ...

It's so difficult deciding what to have with your burger - chips or mashed potato? Answer - mashed potato, not what I would have gone for.

We decided to book a room in the Crawley Travelodge on Saturday night to make it easier to get to Gatwick for our flight to Venice on the Sunday morning. Good decision as it was close to the airport (no traffic anyway on a Sunday morning) and free undercover parking in Morrisons next door. Plus we got to see our grandson Rory for lunch and a mooch around the town.

Bad decision not to fill up nearly empty tank with petrol before parking though. Never mind I thought, I can get some on the way to the airport. More on this later.
