Unusual visitor

The cold windy weather is blowing in some unusual visitors.  Today's through-the-window-bird-shot is of a fieldfare, we think, which I've seen in the fields but not in the garden before.
Blipping early,  I want to get everything charged up and ready to go skiing in the early hours of tomorrow morning, assuming we can get to the airport.
I'm not even going to be skiing because of my ankle, just tagging along for the scenery really.
