Cardiff

I was in Cardiff today for a welfare rights briefing focused on the new personal independence payment (pip)which replaces DLA. Session was very useful identifying what we need to do in order to prepare people we support.
I chose this photo as it is Cardiff but also for my father in law, a welsh man who loves a pint of brains.
The portaloos took significance once on the platform... A case of signage coming too late to be useful
