Nearly a foot of snow ...

Nearly a foot of snow in our small Shandon back garden this morning ...

... the snap shows a ruler pushed into the snow, just next to a very cold apple tree :-)

The weather, locally, does now seem to be on the turn though - for the better, thankfully.
