Time to Waffle a Bit.

The United Kingdom is slowly grinding to a halt it seems.

After yesterday's experience, I managed to get a fitful night's sleep and as a result decided on a bit of a lie-in.

Not the ideal.

Getting up this morning, my eldest granddaughter, Alice, made waffles for everyone.

A really cool surprise.

Brought a smile to my face, especially being able to pour maple syrup over them.

3 more sleeps before flying home.
