Cabo de Sao Vicente

Today we drove to the south western tip of mainland Europe at Cabo de Sao Vicente. I like the fact that of all the millions of people in Europe, for a short period of time, we were the ones closest to this extreme point.

You can just about make out the lighthouse in the far distance in this panorama. I’ve also included extras of the lighthouse at Cabo de Sao Vicente and a view of the dramatic waves in the direction of Sagres
