Bus 500

Our day revolved around getting on and off bus 500 to see sights on the way to, and back from, Matosinhos, known for its great seafood restaurants. We had the most excellent lunch at our destination and a lovely, if windy, walk along the beach for part of the way back.

Along the way we had rain bursts and wind gusts, a stroll through a crypt-filled cemetery, only one fall on slippery pavement, and the realization (individually conceived, jointly agreed upon) that we aren't going to go to any more contemporary art museums! Done! The gardens here were great, though. I'm all for a good art/garden ratio.
