Budge up!!

Masses of starlings descended on the garden late this afternoon and the scrum in my blip is not on a bird table but a bird bath! They assembled in hundreds in the trees and reminded me of 'The Birds' but at a given signal took off to form a big murmuration. I've been running in and out all day topping up the seed and water.Also had a surprise visit from a lapwing today.
