The Fun They Had

Street basically closed down today: Clark's Head Office (much to Chris's delight), Clark's Village and many of the other businesses , shops and schools were closed and the whole area was eerily empty of traffic.

Chris joined us in a walk up to Street Hill and, wherever there was a slope, there were children and adults on sledges. This is about the steepest one available.

I decided a bit of high key treatment suited the occasion.

We spent the afternoon warming up; whisky and ginger wine may have been involved.
