Snowflakes - again!

It snowed again late this afternoon and I was intrigued to find the snow was quite different to the snow we had a day or two ago.
The snow we had before was made up of large individual snowflakes, today it was mostly needle-like ice crystals, with the odd snowflake which had more cubic ice crystals growing all over the crystaline structure making the resulting snow much more 'grainy' in nature as you can see from today's blip.
I have added a shot of one final 'real' snowflake in extras.
