Contrasts

Glad to get back to work today after two days off and being far too close to my brain cloud as surgery approaches. These twin trees somehow reminded me about different paths and where they can lead us as I waited for my train.

If I hadn't moved in with my friends, if I hadn't been on a female floor in halls, if I hadn't moved to London, if I hadn't have had support to transition, I fear I would be like the bare tree. Not that everything is rosy and growing of course, as real life tends to get in the way, but I feel like I now have the space to try and work out what next, and am very thankful for this chance. Trying to learn how to grow and be more like the other tree as ever
