HORSE CHESTNUT
Met up with Riversider for a couple of hours today. We met in the car park at Castle Howard and as the weather was wet and miserable, we just sat chatting putting the world to rights over a few coffees and sticky buns. Then after about an hour it was still 'mistling', a Yorkshire word that describes the weather when its too fine to be drizzle, but not exactly a mist so, we donned our wet gear and strode out into the dull grey yonder.
Now, the Auto white balance on most modern cameras is brilliant, and I often use this setting, however, today was so dull I decided to use the cloudy & the shady stting to get a warmer shot, and I think it's a better result.
