Went for a drive over the chase this morning.. while set up shooting this scene, this man came walking towards me, we got talking.
I'd say he was late 60s early 70s
He lives in Burntwood and 2-3 times a week he does a 31 mile walk over the chase, a route that takes in castle ring, Marquis drive, German cemetery, Braxton, Milford , stepping stones and back via stile cop..

What an inspiration, found out he's hiked Kilimanjaro, the Inca trail, Everest and a few more..

What a hero!!
