Beast from the East

meets a guest from the west?
Actually it's a guest we've been careful not to disturb in the form of a pupa (sp?) on our fridge door for a few months now. But it choose today to emerge from its home.
We thought it was a cabbage white but it seems more yellow. Not sure. E tried tempting it with honey and water but it doesn't seem interested. Hope it survives... sure can't let it outside - minus eight out there today.
