Meanwhile in Narnia.....

Woke up with a migraine at 4.45am, so had some pills and managed to sleep it off.
We went in search of flooring for the bedroom but unfortunately the shop we wanted to visit was closed, due to adverse weather conditions!
Tom wanted some crocuses to add colour to the garden. He doesn't take much if any interest in the garden, so we popped to the garden centre and chose some. That was after we'd had a cheese scone, a chat with a lass I used to work with and a trip round the Lairds Larder. They often have samples of cheese and such like. Today it was Stinking Bishop. I like strong, smelly even blue cheeses, but I found the SB revolting, never again will I eat that.
This afternoon I've done 2 loads of washing, made a cake, changed the bed and cleared the outside paths of snow. Prosecco o'clock came round very quickly followed by chicken in lemon and tarragon sauce (from the Lairds Larder) for dinner. Feet up and a film now. Happy Saturday.
