Pentland Hill Panorama
The grocery delivery has been cancelled, so in the morning, my partner and I get the bus to Morningside to the supermarket. I am glad that I don't have to do that every week. We have morning coffee out as well as the bus coming back is on a Sunday service and we have quite some time to wait.
After lunch, my partner does some crafting, so I decide to walk up to the Braid Hills. There are lots of interesting views, but today, they are missing as a light snow shower comes in and hides those to the east, north and west. To the south, the Moorfoot Hills are not visible. However the Pentland Hills are very visible, is a bit murky. I take a few shots to be stitch together later as a Panorama. View it large to see it better.
On top of the Braids, there isn't much snow. The strong winds have stripped the snow and dropped it in to the gullies.
On my favourite sledging slope, Extra, only 1 sledge is on the slope. Everyone else is using shorter slopes.
Time for afternoon coffee.
