Cycle wheel

I got the wee bus (it's called the 'Octo bus' and is driven by Doctor Octobus) up to Birsay and got dropped at Northside, where I immediately took this shot.
I walked along to the Brough of Birsay expecting the causeway to be submerged but it wasn't. Near enough, though. I went over to the Brough just for a few minutes. Then along to the village and up to the cliffs of Marwick Head. A hen harrier appeared then flew off inland, or so I thought because a few minutes later I came upon it again, within about twenty metres. It was a 'ringtail' ie a female or juvenile which look much the same. Then I headed down to The Choin and met the bus.
