Through the window.

A bit of a lazy shot through the window this afternoon after I returned from Pontefract.  I'd spotted five or more blackbirds busy round the feeders but I wasn't focused enough to get a decent image, so in the end we have dried flower stems from the edge of the pond (which I rather like).  Our club photographs are now in the hands of the YPU exhibition group and apparently the selection happens next weekend, so a quick turnaround.  Though we're unlikely to know if any of our images have been successful, unless we learn anyone is to get a certificate, before the exhibition opening in May.  They've had well over 3000 images submitted and there will only be around 200 prints and 200 digital images in the final selection so the chances of being accepted are rather small.
