Parcels

Dinner tonight was another invention test with me still determined to get through the brick pastry stock in the freezer. Basically these are flaky pasties, a lot less finicky to make than samosas but just as good and bigger! Could have been a bit more spicy but not bad all the same. The wee one is tomorrow's lunch, unless S beats me to it.
