Just Baked

A promising start with sun and cloud, but giving way to rain.

We had intended going out for a walk this afternoon, but changed our minds - whilst it is not raining heavy, no point in getting wet.

So I baked an Apple Cake, pictured fresh out of the oven.   We shall have a piece with custard after our Roast Pork.

This afternoon I am going through the pictures I took in England last summer, well the ones of the wild flowers I took.   Don't seem to have had time with all that has been going on!    I started yesterday afternoon, and it brought back wonderful memories.   Looking forward to going back in May again to continue.
