It's a lot easier and faster to go down than it is to go up.......

We decided not to see each other as the weather was pretty awful; cold, snowing, raining, damp, slushy and icy.

I walked and walked with no destination in mind.
Light headed, unfocused eyes, detached, emotional. Drinking and self harmed.
