Working at Home

This is my daughter Jerilee, hard at work this Sunday afternoon. As well as being a busy mum to three little boys she works as a personal trainer at a national gym chain. Today she was up at 5:30 AM to get ready and head off to work an early shift, arriving back home at 3:30 PM. After we'd eaten tea, she had workouts and meal-plans to devise for her clients ready to email to them. I took this photo of her trying to concentrate amid much distraction from her partner Adam and the three boys!

As for me, I've enjoyed a bit of a break, with just a shopping trip to Morrison's on my agenda. There's much more I could have done...
